About
Stay confident, compliant, and client-ready with a practical annual training program built around California’s Home Care Aide core competencies. This self-paced series supports the minimum annual training expectation (5 hours) for affiliated Home Care Aides and covers the required topic areas: client rights & safety, ADLs/daily living needs, abuse prevention/detection/reporting, personal hygiene & home care services, and safe transport (only if transportation is provided)—plus population-specific skills (like dementia support) commonly needed in home care. Designed for real homes and real situations, each course is short, clear, and scenario-based—so caregivers don’t just “complete hours,” they build habits that protect dignity, prevent injuries, and strengthen communication.
